01. No Direct Personal Data Collection & No Account Required

Game Reaper is developed and published by Agung Softworks ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and designed Game Reaper to operate with minimal data exposure.

02. Third-Party Services & Data Collected

While Agung Softworks does not operate proprietary user databases, the Application integrates trusted third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to display advertisements in the free version and process Premium subscriptions. These third-party providers may automatically collect certain device and transaction data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

03. Device Permissions & Local Processing

Game Reaper requests only the permissions necessary to deliver its core gaming utility features:

• Notifications Permission: Used to display persistent status indicators for the Game Panel, active Jukebox music playback controls, and optimization status alerts while you use your device.
• ADB Shell via Shizuku API & IAdb API: Used for advanced system utilities including RAM & storage cache cleaning, stopping background processes, sensitivity calibration, and shortcut button mapping. These permissions are granted manually by you on your device.

100% On-Device Execution: All system optimization commands, ADB Shell scripts, Shizuku/IAdb calls, audio playback in Jukebox, and button mapping configurations execute strictly locally on your Android device. None of your local app lists, system process logs, or audio files are uploaded or transmitted to any external server.

04. Personalized Advertising, Opt-Out & EEA/UK Consent

In the free version of the Application, Google AdMob may serve personalized or non-personalized advertisements depending on your region and consent settings.

• How to Opt Out or Delete Your Advertising ID: You can opt out of personalized ads or reset/delete your Android Advertising ID at any time in your device settings by opening Settings > Google > All services > Ads (or Settings > Privacy > Ads depending on your Android version) and selecting Reset advertising ID or Delete advertising ID.
• EEA, UK, and Switzerland Consent: For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), and Switzerland, we present a consent management prompt compliant with the Google EU User Consent Policy before serving personalized ads. You may withdraw or modify your ad consent choices at any time through the Application's settings or by resetting your device permissions.

05. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD & UU PDP)

Depending on where you live, you are entitled to specific data protection rights under applicable laws:

• GDPR / UK GDPR (European Economic Area & United Kingdom): You have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• CCPA / CPRA (California, USA): California residents have the right to know what categories of personal information are collected or shared, the right to request deletion of personal information, the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (manageable via Android Advertising ID controls or upgrading to Premium), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
• LGPD (Brazil — Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados): Brazilian users have the right to confirmation of the existence of processing, access to data, correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, and revocation of consent.
• UU PDP No. 27/2022 (Republic of Indonesia — Personal Data Protection Law): Indonesian users have the right to obtain transparent information regarding data processing, complete or update data, access data, terminate processing, delete/destroy personal data, and withdraw consent.

Because we do not collect your name or email inside the Application, please include your anonymous RevenueCat App User ID (if your request relates to subscription records) or relevant purchase details so we can locate and process your request with our third-party service providers.

06. Data Retention, Security & International Transfers

Local Preferences: Any user settings, sensitivity presets, or button mapping profiles you configure are stored locally within the Application's private sandbox storage on your Android device and remain there only until you clear the Application's data or uninstall the Application.

Third-Party Security & International Data Transfers: Data processed by third-party providers (Google AdMob, Google Play Billing, and RevenueCat) is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections and stored on global cloud infrastructure, which may include servers located in the United States and other countries outside your country of residence. These third-party providers implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards and rely on recognized legal transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by applicable law.

07. Children's Privacy (18+ Only)

Game Reaper is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly target, market to, or collect any personal information from children or anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a minor has used the Application or had data processed by integrated third-party services, please contact us at agungputrayasa05@gmail.com and we will promptly assist in addressing the issue.

08. Data Deletion Instructions (Google Play Data Safety)

In compliance with Google Play Data Safety requirements, you can delete your data at any time using the following methods:

• Deleting All Local App Data: Because Game Reaper does not use user accounts, all locally saved preferences and configurations can be permanently erased immediately by opening your Android device Settings > Apps > Game Reaper > Storage & cache > Clear storage / Clear data, or by uninstalling Game Reaper from your device.
• Resetting/Deleting Advertising Data: You can permanently delete your Android Advertising ID at any time via Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID.
• Requesting Deletion of Third-Party Subscription Records: If you wish to request deletion of anonymous subscription/purchase identifiers held by our third-party processor (RevenueCat), please send an email to agungputrayasa05@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request — Game Reaper". We will process your deletion request in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

09. Changes to This Privacy Policy & Contact Information

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our Application features, third-party SDKs, or regulatory requirements. When we make updates, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and publish the updated policy at https://gamereaper.my.id/privacy.html. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
